Rice & Green Pea Salad
- 1 1/3 cups rice
- 1 1/2 cups salted water
As soon as rice is cooked, add:
- 10 ounces frozen peas
- 1 1/2 cups chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
Dressing:
- 1/2 cup corn oil
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp celery seed
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 tsp vinegar
- 2 tsp curry
- 1/2 tsp sugar
Add a can of chow mein noodles just before serving.
