Beat skinless, boneless chicken breasts flat. Dip in beaten egg until coated. Then dip in a mixture of bread crumbs and parmesan cheese (with herbs and spices to taste). Bake in greased casserole dish. When cooked, pour a bottle of spaghetti sauce over and then top with shredded mozzarella cheese. Cook until sauce is heated and cheese is melted.
Serve over spaghetti.
