Blueberry Dessert

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 can (21 oz.) blueberry pie filling


Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Beat until fluffy. Stir in flour and baking powder. Mix until smooth.

Butter a 9 x 13 inch pan. Turn mixture into pan.

Spoon pie filling over cake, in 16 spots, spacing evenly 4 spoonfuls in each direction.

Bake at 350 for 40 - 45 minutes until golden and done.

Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
