Potato Casserole

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup crushed corn flakes
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 12 medium potatoes (diced and cooked)


Mix soup with sour cream, cheese, onion and potatoes. Top with corn flakes which have been tossed in melted butter.

Bake in a large 9 x 13 casserole dish for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 .

Serves 6 to 8.
