Christmas Nut Wreath
- 1/4 cup corn syrup (Karo)
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 cups mixed nuts and cashews
Melt butter, then add corn syrup and sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved, approximately 5 minutes. Add nuts, 1 cup at a time. Stir until completely coated. Pour in a greased tube pan. Cool until set.
