Chinese Chicken
- 3 lbs chicken, cut up
- 1/3 cup soya sauce
- 2 tbsp water
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard powder
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp salt
Arrange chicken in single layer in small roaster. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl. Stir well. Pour over chicken. Cover. Place in 350 oven. Cook for 30 minutes. Remove cover, baste. Cook, uncovered, for about another 30 - 45 minutes until tender.
