Yorkshire Pudding

• 3/4 cup flour
• ½ tsp salt
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup milk

Beat al ingredients until smooth. Spray a muffin pan with non stick cooking spray (Pam). Fill muffin cups equally with the mixture. Bake for 20 - 30 minutes at 450 º.
