Caramel Marshmallow Cookies

• ½ cup butter
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk
• 54 caramels
• 1 bag large coloured marshmallows
• Rice Crispies

Melt the first three ingredients. Dip coloured marshmallows in melted mixture, then roll in Rice Crispies. Cool, then cut in half.
